Coast Shelter is a leading not-for-profit organisation providing specialist homelessness services and support programs on the NSW Central Coast. Our Health on The Streets team works closely with Coast Shelter.


Mary Mac’s Place

Mary Mac’s Place is more than just a place to get a meal – it provides connection, value and belonging without judgement. They offer a place to shower and to wash clothes, as well as friendly support and companionship to vulnerable people in our community. Our Health on The Streets team works closely with Mary Mac’s at hubs every Monday.


National Disability Scheme

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding, information and connections to Australians who have permanent and significant disability.


Pacific Link Housing

Pacific Link Housing works to provide and further develop appropriate housing solutions for those in the community who are in the greatest need.


Rotary Club, The Entrance

Rotary Club of The Entrance members are community volunteers who make a difference. The Rotary Club of the Entrance is a continued supporter of our Health on The Streets program.
