OCTOBER 15TH - NOVEMBER 12TH

From Seed to Circle

An art therapy journey of self-discovery, growth, and connection. Every story begins with a seed — a memory, a feeling, a truth. And when shared, those seeds grow into circles of connection.

From Seed to Circle is a gentle, creative 5-week art therapy program designed to help you explore who you are, how you feel, and how you connect with others. Through nature-inspired art-making, storytelling, and reflection, you’ll uncover your roots, express your emotions, and honour the relationships that shape your life.

Each week offers:

  • A calming ritual to ground and begin

  • A creative activity using paint, collage, sculpture, or movement

  • Time for journaling, sharing, and gentle connection

  • A closing ritual to honour your insights

Themes we explore:

Week 1: Roots & Beginnings – Who am I?
Week 2: Mirror & Mask – What do I show and what do I hide?
Week 3: My Inner Landscape – What emotions shape my world?
Week 4: Threads & Connection – Who walks beside me?
Week 5: Pathways Forward – Where am I going?

No art experience needed, just an open heart.

NOVEMBER 19TH - DECEMBER 17TH

  • Mapping the Storm – understanding emotional patterns

  • Inner Sanctuary – discovering what soothes and grounds you

  • Connection Web – identifying people and places that support you

  • Earth Nest – creating safe spaces and boundaries

  • Integration Spiral – finding meaning and hope

Golden Threads

An art therapy journey for healing after domestic and family violence. Even when broken, we are not lost. We can be mended — not to hide the cracks, but to honour them. Come as you are. Leave with golden threads woven through your story.

Golden Threads is a gentle, 5-week art therapy program inspired by Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. Just like bowls made whole again, this program celebrates the strength, beauty, and resilience that come from surviving hardship.

This program offers a safe space to:

  • Explore emotional wounds through metaphor and art

  • Reclaim your sense of self and inner strength

  • Build supportive connections and inner resources

  • Transform brokenness into symbols of courage

  • Celebrate your journey toward wholeness

Each week includes calming rituals, creative expression, and reflective journaling. No art experience is needed — just a willingness to show up and be gently supported.
