About CCPC

CCPC provides effective healthcare solutions that supports the delivery of Primary Care on the Central Coast, for the betterment of the Central Coast community. Central Coast Primary Care (CCPC) is a not-for-profit company established in December 2014 and commenced delivery of health care programs and services from the 1st July 2015.  Established as a result of the closure of Central Coast NSW Medicare Local, it continues the direct service provision of the Medicare Locals programs and services. Covering the Gosford and Wyong shires, CCPC programs and services include:

The strategic objectives for the Central Coast Primary Care include:

  • Promote the prevention and control of diseases in human beings;
  • provide relief of sickness and distress;
  • improve health outcomes of the local community;
  • provide quality and accessible healthcare services including GP after hours, primary care and other health services to meet the needs of the Central Coast community;
  • implement successful primary health care, health improvement and health education programs to improve the health of the community;
  • deliver health care programs and services in accordance with contractual obligations
