Central Coast Primary Care (CCPC) provides effective healthcare programs and services that support the improvement of primary health and wellbeing in our community.
The majority of CCPC programs and services have been established for many years and as a result we have developed a strong knowledge and understanding of our community’s healthcare environment and have demonstrated capacity in establishing cultures of collaboration and involvement with multi sectoral organisations.
CCPC is also a registered provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providing a wide range of services under the Scheme
The CCPC Board offers a balanced mix of business and financial management experience complimented by an executive team consisting of CEO and Managers, with extensive experience across business management, finance, health program development and management, all with a strong understanding of the regional healthcare environment.
CCPC has effective primary policies, frameworks and systems and has formalised relationships with partnerships and strategic alliances with extended stakeholder and community engagement.
