Rationale

This service is designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who have, or are at risk of developing, a mild to moderate emotional or mental disorder, and who could benefit from short term focused psychological strategies. The program is currently funded by the Hunter New England Central Coast Primary Health Network (HNECC PHN) until June 2017 under the Access to Allied Psychological Services (ATAPS) Program.

Talk to us about the range of services that  Central Coast Primary Care can provide NDIS participants inclusive of ‘Support Coordination’  which can help with putting all aspects of your NDIS plan in place.
