Making a Complaint or Providing Feedback
We encourage people to provide feedback whether it is in the form of a complaint or feedback of any kind, from people who are concerned about the quality of the health care provided by staff or contractors of Central Coast Primary Care.
Central Coast Primary Care appreciates feedback, be it suggestions or complaints, to assist us to improve our services.
Complaints and feedback can be made by phone, email, fax or using the online form. You have the option to make your submission anonymous by entering unidetifiable details in the required fields.
